How can I integrate AdvisoryAI into my workflow?

Our vision at AAI is the 90/10 rule. Our software provides 90% of the work in 10% of the time. To achieve this, we have several services:

• Meeting Note Transcription
• Meeting Note
• Suitability Letter
• Annual Review Letter

Both the meeting note services can be used to input into the Suitability Letter and Annual Review Letter services.

After generating documents with our platform, the paraplanner, or user, can easily review the content, and make any amendments as required - or copy sections into your in-house templates.

How can I better structure your documents to improve accuracy and content?

In general, it’s good practice to use our in-house services that prepare files, our models work best with this format. If that isn’t possible, we recommend having clearly labeled sections. For example:

• in your meeting notes, having a section labeled ‘recommendations’, or ‘objectives’ which clearly state them.
• Try to contain these soft facts in the meeting note, and the financial details in the fact find.

How do citations work?

When our services generate documents, they will reference what line and pages where those facts are found making it easy to review.

How long does it take?

Currently Suitability Letters and Annual Review Letters take roughly 5 minutes.

Why can I not upload multiple documents?

Currently we only support 1 document of each type. It’s best to make sure that there isn’t conflicting or old information in the document you upload as currently our services don’t differentiate between the same documents age.
